Celebrating the place you call home is always wonderful, but I’d also like to spread this joy with a message of unity and togetherness. We are all one, no matter where we live. Happy Independence Day! 🙂
Sharing this lovely video of our national anthem performed by deaf students, in front of the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of our country.
A special thanks today, to all our security officers who are our first line of defense in this unfortunately hostile world that we live in, the ones who sacrifice their todays for our tomorrows, we are eternally grateful to you and your families. A soulful reminder of your sacrifices, may you rest in peace.
“Few individuals significantly alter the course of history. Fewer still modify the map of the world. Hardly anyone can be credited with creating a nation-state. Mohammad Ali Jinnah did all three.” ― Stanley Wolpert
From mountains to lakes, churches to temples, musicals, fashion shows and everything in between! A beautiful land for all to explore! Happy 14th August! 🙂
