My Flash Fiction for Aspiring Writers challenge!
“Hey Lazy! Over here!” Whiner and Anger greeted him excitedly.
“Did little Jackson get over you too?”
“He sure did!” Lazy grinned proudly, as he joined his friends by the shimmering tree trunk.
“I was sure he’d take at least another week or so,” Anger said seriously.
“For a while there, so did I, but his grandma’s been really wonderful with him and after a little persuasion, he totally got over me,” the relief visible in Lazy’s voice.
“He just has one more to go now,” all three of them looked expectantly in the direction of the cottage by the lake.
“He can do it, I know he can,” said Anger firmly.
“I sure hope so,” said Lazy, suddenly looking a bit worried.
All three emotions sat near the tree and waited for Jackson to get over Impatience, so they could all finally be set free.

Wow….amazing and so creative!
Thank you so much! 🙂
Four emotions we all need to get over. Creative take. 🙂
We certainly do! Thank you! 🙂
LOL! This is adorable! Love the spin you took on the prompt. Very nicely done. 🙂 Thank you for participating in the Flash Fiction for Aspiring Writers Challenge.
Thank you so much! Hehe, it was the ‘babysitting effect’ which led me to think of this story line! 😀
😀 😀
Nice take on the prompt. I wonder what the emotions do when they are set free.
